We’re here to make your space sparkle — and a little teamwork goes a long way!

Clear the Way

Please put away any personal items or valuables before we arrive. If it’s left out and looks like trash (think empty containers, old creams, or papers), it might get tossed. We can’t be responsible for belongings that weren’t set aside.

Time Matters

Your booking includes the number of hours you’ve selected. If we need more time to get everything done — because of the home’s condition or extra requests — we’ll check with you first. Extra time will be billed at our hourly rate.

Special Add-Ons

Inside fridge, oven, cabinets, windows, and baseboards can be booked as extras. If you’d like them, please add them when you book so we can plan the time and supplies.

Before & After Photos

Our cleaners may take before-and-after photos of the areas we clean. These photos are strictly of the work performed (no personal or private items will be included). By booking a service, you grant permission for these photos to be taken and, if selected, used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

Feedback & Revisions

We are human, and mistakes can happen. If you believe something was missed, you must report it within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. Feedback must be accompanied by photos of the issue, sent to our official email. After 24 hours, we cannot accept claims, as the area will already have been in use.

(Example: if you notice a stove issue a week later, it is no longer eligible for review or redo.)

Respect & Conduct

Our cleaners deserve respect at all times. Verbal abuse, yelling, insults, or demeaning behaviour will not be tolerated. If mistreatment occurs, the cleaner has the right to stop work immediately and leave. In this case, 100% of the scheduled cleaning fee will be charged in full, with no reimbursement.

Health & Safety – Pests & Chemicals

We do not provide cleaning services in homes with active infestations (cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, etc.) or in spaces recently treated with pesticides.

 

If our cleaners arrive and find evidence of an infestation or fresh pesticide use, the cleaning will be immediately stopped. In this case, you will be charged the full service fee for the scheduled hours.

 

Pesticide Safety Window:

After professional extermination, at least 7 days must pass before our cleaners can enter your space. You are responsible for confirming your home is safe and pest-free before booking.

 

Why: Our cleaners cannot risk carrying pests or harmful chemicals into their own homes or to other clients.

Witchy Clean reserves the right to decline service for unsafe, unsanitary, or disrespectful conditions. By booking, you agree to these terms.
