A legal disclaimer

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before booking a service with WitchyClean. 

 

Please note: While you may cancel your appointment through our website, all cancellations are subject to the policy below. Any applicable cancellation fee will be manually charged or deducted from your refund.

If you’d like to reschedule your appointment after the 72-hour window, please contact us directly at info@witchyclean.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed and the cancellation fees may still apply.

All bookings require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service if the booking is completed. However, it is not refundable under any circumstances — including cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.

Cancellation Procedure

 

  1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: no additional charge, but the $10 booking deposit remains non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations or reschedules made between 72–48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the booked service cost will be charged.

  3. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% of the booked service cost will be charged.

 

By booking, you authorize WitchyClean to securely keep your card on file for this purpose.
