Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents and businesses located in approved service areas. By booking with us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make such bookings.

2. Bookings & Payments

Minimum booking for residential and Airbnb cleanings are: 2.5h charged at 3 hours rate
-
For any areas outside of Downtown, North York, or East York, manual booking is required. Contact us directly before booking at info@witchyclean.com.

We reserve the right to decline a booking request if it is outside our service range or unavailable in our calendar.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see full policy for details).

Cancellation fees apply based on the service type and how far in advance the appointment is cancelled.

No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full service price.

All bookings require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service if the booking is completed. However, it is not refundable under any circumstances — including cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.

4. Changes to Services
Witchy Clean reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, and service offerings at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated on the website or at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and informing us of any special instructions or hazardous conditions. If we cannot access the location or perform the service safely, the appointment will be cancelled, and a fee may apply.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are safely stored before the scheduled cleaning service. Any items left in cleaning areas may be moved or discarded if they appear to be trash.
WitchyClean is not liable for loss or disposal of personal items left unattended, including but not limited to clothing, cosmetics, documents, or household goods.
To avoid misunderstandings, please clearly separate items to be kept from those intended for disposal prior to the start of service.

6. Clients must select all necessary cleaning supplies and service add-ons when booking "Move-in/Move-out Cleanings" (e.g. vacuum, mop, etc.) if these items will not be provided on-site. Failure to do so may result in incomplete service or additional charges. We come prepared only based on what’s selected — please help us serve you better by choosing all that apply.

6.1. Clients must provide a working vacuum and mop at the cleaning location when booking "Residential and/or Airbnb Cleanings".

6.2. Clients must ensure the following supplies are available at the location for the cleaning to be completed properly, if the "Cleaning Supplies" are not purchased as an Add-on during the booking:
• Toilet bowl cleaner
• Glass cleaner (e.g. Windex or equivalent)
• All-purpose cleaner
• Floor cleaner (appropriate for your flooring type)
• Stainless steel cleaner (if applicable)
• Microfiber cloths
• Sponges
• Scrub brushes / scrubbers
• Dusters (for surfaces and baseboards)
If these supplies are not available and the Cleaning Supplies Add-on has not been selected, the cleaner may not be able to complete all tasks. Additional charges may apply if a return visit is required.

7. Damages & Insurance Coverage
WitchyClean is covered by a third-party liability insurance provider, to protect against accidental damages that may occur during our services.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during cleaning, WitchyClean will assist in facilitating a claim through insurance provider.

The client must cooperate fully with the insurance provider and provide all requested documentation, photos, or access needed for claim processing.

WitchyClean is not responsible for providing reimbursement directly — all claims must be processed through insurance provider.
Please note:

Clients must provide their own vacuum cleaner and mop, as these tools are regularly used by the client and not under WitchyClean’s responsibility.

Any damage or malfunction related to customer-owned tools will not be covered by WitchyClean or insurance provider.

8. Non-solicitation & Privacy of Staff
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or attempt to hire any WitchyClean staff, subcontractors, or representatives for private or commercial services outside of their engagement with WitchyClean. Any attempt to circumvent WitchyClean and directly hire or engage with team members will be considered a violation of these terms. WitchyClean reserves the right to pursue legal action and/or financial compensation for any damages resulting from such actions.

Additionally, clients are strictly prohibited from requesting or collecting personal information from WitchyClean staff, including but not limited to:

Phone numbers

Email addresses

Home addresses

Social media handles
Any such behavior will be treated as a serious violation of company policy and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Witchy Clean. It may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
WitchyClean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for property damage unless proven to be caused by gross negligence.

11. Privacy & Data
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse client information.

12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
